SIDU to take part in a significant event:

This week, from November 15 to November 17, SIDU will take part in Space Tech Expo Europe 2022 in Bremen, Germany. The event is regarded as the most significant B2B conference and expo for the space sector in Europe.

At the event, Dawn Aerospace, a Dutch space company that specializes in space transportation, will be exhibiting LizzieSat, a multifunctional satellite created to combine numerous technologies, together with Sidus’ founder and CEO Carol Craig and her crew.

SIDU will take part in such an important international space conference with its enhanced focus on global relationships. The SIDU team will communicate with and develop deep connections with its coworkers, clients, and partners.

LizzieSat uses a flight-proven computer, navigation, power, and communications subsystems to deliver useful data to clients from Low Earth Orbit. Sidus Space offers a wide range of services related to outer space, such as manufacturing space-rated hardware, design engineering, developing satellites and platforms, launch and support services, data analytics services, and managing satellite constellations.

The significant agreement made by SIDU:

Sidus Space recently signed a deal with Dawn Aerospace (“Dawn”) to integrate LizzieSat with Dawn’s environmentally friendly chemical propulsion technology.

Each LizzieSat weighs 100 kg, with 20 kg of that weight being the payload, which may include remote sensing equipment. The spacecraft may be designed with dependability and redundancy because of its greater mass.

Dawn is a space transportation business that specializes in environmentally friendly space launches and non-toxic chemical satellite propulsion. Since 2019, Dawn has offered clients worldwide in-space propulsion devices, which are used to drive satellites.

How would the partnership help SIDU?

It is crucial for Sidus (SIDU) to collaborate with Dawn Aerospace on this crucial component of the LizzieSat constellation. SIDU will be able to extend its time in orbit and fulfill its future value proposition of offering space-based data to a variety of industries thanks to Dawn’s turnkey propulsion technology.
