Oracle Corporation [NYSE: ORCL] disclosed that it has inked a partnership pact with TIM (Telecom Italia) and Noovle to deliver multi-cloud services for businesses and public sector companies in Italy. The firms are focusing on speeding up the digital revolution of Italian enterprises and public sector corporations.
Under the terms of the agreement, the three companies are intending to bring their corresponding assets and knowledge to develop and handle multi-cloud architecture services for Italian businesses. Oracle offers its next-generation cloud infrastructure with built-in security, superior performance, and availability.
Oracle’s next-generation cloud infrastructure is well-suited for mission-critical and cloud-native workloads in large enterprise and public sector environments. On the other hand, TIM brings its broad sales network across the country. These networks will allow the unification of cloud services with the Group’s ICT services portfolio.
Noovle which is the TIM Group’s cloud company provides a broad data center network in Italy, which has been created to the highest technological, security, and environmental standards consistent with TIM Group’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. Furthermore, The firms also confirmed that TIM has chosen Oracle Cloud Infrastructure as part of its multi-cloud strategy to transfer the Group’s mission-critical data management workloads to the public cloud.
