This purchase brings Ensign’s increasing portfolio to 245 healthcare operations, 22 of which also include senior living operations, across thirteen states. Ensign has 95 real estate assets. Moreover, the firm is striving to avail opportunities to purchase real estate and to lease both well-performing and striving skilled nursing, senior living, and other healthcare-related businesses throughout the US.
Furthermore, the two facilities in Texas include River Pointe of Trinity Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center which is a 98-bed skilled nursing facility situated in Trinity, Texas. The other facility is Park Village Healthcare and Rehabilitation which is a 150-bed skilled nursing facility situated in De Soto, Texas.
The third nursing facility in Idaho is Skyline Transitional Care Center which is an 80-bed skilled nursing facility situated in Boise, Idaho. These purchases were come into action from October 1, 2021, and will be dependent on a long-term, triple net lease.
