Shares of Datasea Inc. [NASDAQ: DTSS] surged 24.09% after the firm disclosed that its fully-owned business unit named Shuhai Zhangxun Information Technology Co., Ltd. had inked a short messages business sales cooperation agreement. As per the agreement, Shuhai Zhangxun Information Technology will offer Short Message and 5G Multimedia Message Services to Hubei Kuanyun Network Technology Co., Ltd.
According to the agreement, Shuhai Zhangxun will offer Messaging Services to aid Hubei Kuanyun to reach its customers, plus contractors, business partners, and purchasers. The duration of the deal is one year. The service fees under the deal shall start at the time when Hubei Kuanyun gains access to Shuhai Zhangxun Short Message and 5G Multimedia Message platforms and begin to use the services.
In addition to this, the billing cycle under the deal is one calendar month and Hubei Kuanyun will be charged on a monthly basis. This collaboration indicates Datasea’s ability to offer mass messaging services and increasing market recognition in its technology benefits, products, and efficient service delivery.
Short Messages Business Sales Cooperation Agreement
It has been disclosed that the Messaging Services will award Hubei Kuanyun access to Shuhai Zhangxun Short Message and 5G Multimedia Message platforms. It also includes an access code declared by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to adopt the services. Furthermore, it also includes the telecommunications gateways of the three major Chinese mobile operators to enable data to flow from one discrete network to another. Hubei Kuanyun assumes the total buying value of this engagement would be no less than RMB 28 million.
