Organon [NYSE: OGN] has disclosed that it has decided to start a new firm of its size. The vision of the new firm will be to make a better and healthier every day for every woman. The new firm will be based in the US and have its majority of women in the leadership team. Organon has more than 60 products across an international footmark that will assist people in more than 140 countries, with nearly 80% of its nearly $6.5 billion in yearly revenue produced outside the U.S.

Organon will be discovering new opportunities and collaborations across its three main pillars. The three pillars include women’s health, biosimilars, and established brands. Organon has a devoted team concentrating on enhancing access to contraceptive and fertility products, and a detailed education and training program to assist women and healthcare professionals realize the options available to them.
